How do I pick the right size?
Really? You don't already know the distance from your Lambdoid Suture to your Frontal Bone?
Simply measure the circumference from the back of your head level with the top of your ears to your forehead and you'll have the magic number.
For convenience we list our headwear with sizes in inches, centimeters and US hat sizes.
Please note these caps are manufactured in centimeters (CM) so this will always be the most accurate method of getting the correct fit.
What is your return policy?
Unused / Unworn products with tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene purposes we cannot accept product returns if the tags are removed.
The Buyer pays the return shipping cost, unless it is a shipping error on our part.

What are the payment options?
We accept all of the usual suspects -
credit / debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.,
(pretty much everything other than cryptocurrency)
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship on the same day for orders placed before 12 noon EST Mon - Fri.
Orders placed after 12 noon EST will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Sat / Sun will ship on Monday.
We ship via USPS so products will not ship on days USPS observe as holidays.
All orders will have full USPS tracking available when product ships.
